What do Community Leaders in a FB Group do?
- Community Leaders are admins of the group whereby you will need to approve, welcome new members and get them oriented to resources within Soul Rich Woman. Such as training videos, kick start programs, and also on the membership site.
- As a community leader, you will also connect with members in the group, responding as quickly as you can during the times when new comments are made, so that there's always a big sister around to facilitate.
- You need to be personable, friendly, willing to support other women.
- Minimum criteria of doing facebook live and/or instagram live is required. Because we are all about going from offline to online. And if you're not even willing to be online... then we are not aligned.
So here's what we will provide you.
- Training
- You will be featured as community leaders of the group.
- Recognized also as the expert in what you are contributing in the community
- After 6 months, a recommendation to be interviewed by either a newspaper, an online platform, a magazine, radio/tv as our community manager
- An opportunity to make a difference, contribute to help other women change their mindset, photography advise, social media advise through online platforms
- Reach out to thousands more women and eyeballs through our SRW livestreaming and/or podcasting format
